Public Safety Annex (108 S. 40th St)

The Division of Public Safety was proud to unveil the new DPS Annex, located at 108 South 40th Street, to the Penn and University Communities in July of 2007.

The building is the new center of operations for our security partners Allied Barton and ADT. In addition to providing office space for Allied Barton and ADT managers, the facility features a public space for community meetings, education seminars and roll calls, a cafeteria, men’s and ladies locker area and a dedicated storage area for our security patrol bicycles.

Public Safety also invites our West Philadelphia community to utilize the Annex space for meetings and events. The commitment and team effort between the Division of Public Safety’s Security and Technical Service and Finance and Administration, ADT, and Penn’s Facilities and Real Estate Services allowed for a fast and successful development and completion of the Annex.

To contact Public Safety about using the Annex for a community related meeting or event, please email Director of Security & Technical Services Rick SanFilippo at: ricksanf(at)publicsafety.upenn.edu .
