Spring Share the Road Educational Campaign

On April 7th and 8th, DPS conducted a Share the Road Educational Campaign across campus. DPS organizes the Share the Road campaign several times throughout the year to educate drivers, bicyclists, pedestrians, and scooter riders about their shared responsibility to ensure road safety. Team members connected with community members on Locust Walk and at key intersections such as 34th & Walnut Street, providing information and encouraging best safety practices for navigating city streets. Safety is a community responsibility—learn more about ways to Share the Road. Let’s work together to change the culture around unsafe practices.

Share the Road campaigns foster safe behaviors among drivers, bicyclists, pedestrians, and scooter or other micro-mobility device riders. Penn Police officers and DPS staff regularly engage the campus community at busy areas, distributing educational resources and promoting safety awareness.
