Penn Police Officers receive awards at ASIS Law Enforcement Appreciation Night
ASIS International, Greater Philadelphia Chapter, held their annual Law Enforcement Appreciation Night on March 21, 2012. Two University of Pennsylvania Police Officers were honored at the ceremony. Officer Derrick Howard and Officer Thomas DeVore received awards for exhibiting outstanding knowledge and professionalism, by providing immediate aid to a person in a severe medical emergency. Through their swift and decisive actions, the life of another was saved. We are proud of their achievement.
