UPPD Participates in Special Olympics Charity Torch Run

The University of Pennsylvania Police Department participated in the Law Enforcement Special Olympics Charity Torch Run on Friday, November 7, 2014. The run began at the top of the steps of the Philadelphia Art Museum, ending at Villanova University.
