Person with a weapon
Penn Police received a report of a person with a gun in the 4200 block of Ludlow Street. Upon investigation, it was found that a suspect had fired several shots into the air at this location. The suspect was described as a Black male, medium complexion, 5’10”-6’ tall, wearing a blue-green shirt.
There are no reported injuries. Police and security are patrolling the area.
